Nouveau Riche Seminar

Well This is not actually a seminar.

Its in between a Class and a Seminar.

This one is not for the light hearted, It will cost you from $3,000 to $16,000. Yes, This is not a typo Its sixteen thousand, but for 2 people. Maybe you and your spouse or a partner.

I do Not recommend this one if you are just starting out on your own business or in Real Estate.

They have great classes for real estate from flipping houses to buying commercial building. It will give you a major heads up if you are knowledgeable in real estate.

If you don't know anything about real estate, you better forget it. Go learn something before you leave 16k in the table.

If you really want to do it, email me and i'll send you to a few friends of my to see if there is anyway to get you a discount or financed. However i cant promise you anything.

Secret Luxury Resort

This is a great Website if you are a frequent traveler. If you go to a lot of seminar this will save you a lot of money on Hotel.

You can book some hotel as low as $298 Per week

This website allows you to share with your friends also, so you can always save more money sharing the costs with as many friends as you like. However if you are not a frequent flyer (you don't travel more than 2-3 times a year, I do not recommend this site.

You will save more money going to Expedia or Orbitz. You always can google it keyoword "Hotel" and compare the best prices available. Try to do the search on weekdays where the prices are cheaper.

Never Been to a Seminar? Where to Start?

If you never been to a seminar and you are:

1) Type of person that do not want to spend a lot of money of seminars

2) Wants to everything before you commit going to a seminar

I would recommend for you to go to "The Secret of the Millionaire Mind" .

The reason is because i think its a very good seminar, I Have been there and even volunteered for them for one seminar.

Another reason is that if you want to know what it is about, you can read his book and there is a lot of things in his book that gives away what the seminar is about.

And the third reason for you guys that want to hold every penny in your pocket. It's "Free". Well not entirely true.

On their site they say that its free. However you will find out that you will have to pay $100 for materials. Which in my opinion is well worth it.

In the old days it was really free. In the beginning, you didn't had to pay a dime to go to their seminar, which I was very surprise by the quality of the seminar.

The reason why I think they are charging now it's because of the materials, they give you nice things now. I heard from my friends that they give you a collection of CDs and some DVDs.
